A visit to Cromer once made is not easily forgotten.  This delightful Victorian seaside resort is, perhaps surprisingly for Norfolk, a cliff top town with all the heritage and tradition you would expect.  It has a well-known Pier with seasonal year-round shows, our famous Cromer crab is brought ashore here by the local fishing fleet and golf, tennis, squash, the Lifeboat Museum, a local history museum and a multiplex cinema are all here to experience.  If you are looking for a good walk, take the coastal path and if you have the energy climb to the top of Cromer church tower, the tallest in Norfolk, to get a bird's eye view of this lovely landscape.  With such delights as Sheringham, Weybourne, the National Trust Felbrigg Estate and the charming Georgian town of Holt also nearby, there is much to discover in this great corner of north Norfolk.

Reviews

Great location within easy reach of the beach and local amenities. Comfortable beds and lots of rooms to chill & relax. Thoroughly enjoyed our xmas break here visiting family.

Miss H,

Beautiful house and garden . Very clean and well stocked . Very short walk into Cromer a lovely Victorian town with a beach . Highly recommend.

Mrs S,

Not enough information about amount of stairs between bathroom & bedrooms & the fact that there was only one toilet for 4 bedrooms on the first floor (I assumed that the shower room would contain a 2nd toilet) the stairs between bedrooms & the only loo made it very difficult for my 85 mother & pretty tricky for a two year old. Everything else was lovely so this just needs to be clearer on the description!

Mrs Kate T,

We had a bad experience with Original Cottages last summer where a house had very bad damp throughout and no-one would help us at all. That is why I am reluctant to recommend OC even though this experience was good. The experience totally relies on the owner. It is this owner I would recommend, not OC.

Mrs Heather H,

Great house, great for spending time together, fabulous games rooms, great secure garden for dogs, we did not want to come home! Great location to explore Cromer, close to everything, we would go back in a heartbeat :)

Mrs B,

None of us wanted to leave definitely like to holiday here again. Relaxing and close to town and pier/beach.

Miss K,
