Reviews

Lovely modern cottage with all the comforts as well as a conservatory and an outside sitting space. It was everything that one could hope for to make an easy and enjoyable holiday. It was easy to find and car parking was well marked.

Mrs G,

Mallard cottage was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. It was also larger than expected - the photos don’t do it justice! Very convenient location with an essential (for Blakeney) parking space. Highly recommended.

Mr B,

Mallard Cottage is very comfortable and cosy. We felt really home from home. There are lovely places to sit whatever the weather is. The conservatory is a real gem as the gazebo is. The cleaner did a very good job. Thanks to the owners for providing such a nice cottage.

Mrs L,

Two visits this year. Very clean and comfortable and very convenient for village facilities. Good parking - a bonus in Blakeney.

Mr J,

Mallard Cottage was perfect for us and really we could have stayed longer. Original Cottages have kept in touch throughout, from booking, during our stay and on our return home which made it all feel ver personal.

Mrs Sylvia W,

This has been our 10th visit to Mallards Cottage (4 more visits booked over the next year). Karen looks after the cottage so well and standards are so high. Ideal location for exploring Norfolk.

Mrs A,

Well presented cottage in a quite location perfect for a relexing holiday

Mr Gordon F,

Every aspect was very good, the only reason comfort was marked down is due to both of us being tall, and bending over slightly at the main bedroom dorma window. Not a criticism just how it was.

Mr Tom N,

Easy to use website. Property was excellent and the photos online don't actually do the property justice as the cottage is more roomier than the pictures depict. Accesories in cottage were plentiful and of the higest standard. Cleaner came to introduce herself and give us a contact point. Brilliant!

Mr Ian P,

Excellent cottage.

Mr George K,

The property was nicely presented and in a lovely quiet position. Booking and communication was pleasant and straightforward.

Mr Martin T,

Mallard Cottage is the VERY best holiday let we have ever used. Location is perfect and on-site parking a rarity for Blakeney. The owners spare no expense in ensuring all facilities are in tip-top condition - there is everything you could ask for and more besides. Karen, who looks after the property, maintains it to an immaculate standard of cleanliness and couldn't be more helpful. We return time and time again and shall continue to do so.

Mrs Valerie E,

An excellent cottage - ideally situated, very high quality accommodation and good parking

Mr Lachlan M,

Overall very positive, which is why we return every year. Not sure why the booking fee is as high as £56.
