20 The Green is a period brick and flint cottage situated close to the church in the heart of Upper Sheringham. It is over 200 years old, and has been lovingly restored to a high standard throughout, whilst retaining much of its original charm and character. This is an ideal retreat from the world, with lovely walks from the village to Sheringham Park or if you wish to venture further afield the galleries, shops and restaurants in Holt or Sheringham are only a short car journey away. Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Please note that the cottage style stairs are very steep and narrow with a twist in keeping with a property of this age but may not be suitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties.
