Description
Sundown is one of four properties that can be booked individually (Sundown sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children), Tremayne sleeps 5, Hideaway sleeps 6, The Old Bakery Flat sleeps 6) or booked together as one big house through interlinking doors to accommodate up to 19 people. Situated below Sunnyside this comfortable, modern ground floor apartment is the perfect base to enjoy all that St Ives has to offer from the great restaurants to the beautiful beaches.
From the three steps to the front door you enter the kitchen/lounge/diner which has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave and TV. Off the lounge is the bedroom with one adult double and childrens bunk beds, TV and DVD player. The shower room has a basin, wc, shower cubicle and utility area with washing machine.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
