The towns of Callington (3.5 miles) and Saltash (6 miles) have supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, while the city of Plymouth (12 miles) is a haven for shoppers and sightseers. Visit the National Marine Aquarium, historic Barbican, and cultural Royal William Yard, or take a dip in the famous Tinside Lido. Enjoy visiting coastal villages such as Kingsand and Cawsand (18 miles), Looe (15.5 miles) and Polperro (20.5 miles), and taking walks along the South West Coast Path. Attractions near St. Mellion include Morwellham Quay (11.5 miles), Buckland Abbey (16 miles), Adrenalin Quarry (12 miles) and Cotehele Mill (3.5 miles).

This fabulous family space is just perfect for enjoying homecooked meals which have been prepared in the well-equipped kitchen – there is an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. After dinner, make yourselves comfortable on the seating and watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. in both bedrooms you’ll find a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (can be made up as a twin on request), with an en suite bathroom or shower room and Smart TV.
Outside is a private patio area with garden furniture, accessed through the lounge and master bedroom. There are also 450 acres of shared natural grounds to roam. Guests also have use of the on-site Health Club and there is private off-road parking for two cars.
