Set within 450 acres of grounds in the Cornish countryside, St Mellion Estate is a spectacular place for a fun-filled break. Spend days making the most of the on-site health club and spa, places to eat and an 18-hole golf course, or, if you can drag yourself away, the very best of Cornwall and South Devon is there to be discovered. Visit the inspiring landscapes of Bodmin Moor and the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (both within 12 miles) or visit some of Cornwall’s most beautiful beaches; Looe and Polperro are both within 20 miles. Kids will love a day out at Adrenalin Quarry or Plymouth Aquarium (both 12 miles) – the city is also a must-visit for cosmopolitan culture and delicious dinners.

As you enter this reverse-level home, you will be immediately drawn to the spiral staircase leading from the hallway to the open-plan living space upstairs. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request at the time of booking), a dressing area, seating area and a Smart TV. This room also features a freestanding bath where you can soothe aching muscles after a long day out exploring, and there are patio doors leading outside to the terrace. The second bedroom is a handy bunk room, great for alternative sleeping arrangement or storage. There is also a WC on this floor. Moving upstairs via the quirky spiral staircase, you will find a wonderful lounge/kitchen/dining room as well as a shower room with WC. The open-plan living space is home to a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge area offers comfy seating and a Smart TV, and there are patio doors opening onto a balcony - the perfect spot for relaxing with a cold drink. There is a large dining table in the centre of the room where the family can sit together and talk about their day over a meal or two.

Outside, there is a terrace area with garden furniture, plus there is a balcony off the lounge. There are 450 acres of shared natural grounds to roam, and guests have use of the on-site Health Club. There is also private off-road parking for two cars.
