Discover the superb range of great facilities at St Mellion Estate. Tee off and enjoy a day or two of golf or indulge in a spa treatment at the health centre. In the evening why not head into one of the onsite bar and restaurants for a well-deserved meal. The complex is located close to the Cornish towns of Callington (3.5 miles) and Saltash (6 miles) for supermarkets, banks, and petrol stations. Just 12 miles away is the maritime metropolis of Plymouth with its amazing visitor attractions like the National Marine Aquarium, Barbican, Tinside Lido, the Mayflower Steps, and Plymouth Hoe. Many walking prospects await visiting wayfarers, crisscrossing the Tamar Valley, Bodmin Moor or winding around the lush local coastline of Cornwall and Devon. The towns and villages of Kingsand and Cawsand (18 miles), Looe (15.5 miles) and Polperro (20.5 miles) are an easy drive away, offering an endless store of fantastic days out.

Enter into this stylish cottage into the entrance hallway with space for coats and shoes, you are immediately drawn to the large spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with fabulous light and timber cladded ceilings. The dining table features in the centre of the room and is a wonderful place where the whole family can congregate. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, everything you need to either cook up a delicious meal or pack up a good lunch for the day ahead. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and offers a Smart TV so you can snuggle in and watch all your favourite programmes. This room provides plenty of natural light from the large patio doors which lead out onto the patio area. Off of the lounge area is the first of three bedrooms, a good size super-king-size-zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) dressing table and with patio doors leading out onto the patio. The shower room is situated off of the other side of the lounge and has a shower and WC. Next door is the second bedroom with super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) en-suite shower room with WC and patio doors leading out onto the terrace. The final bedroom is next door again and is complete with super-king-size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) seating area with coffee table and Smart TV and patio doors leading out onto the patio. This room boasts an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside is a terrace area with garden furniture and a balcony off of the lounge. There is also 450 acres of natural grounds to roam. Guests also have use of the Complementary Health Club. Private off road parking for two cars.

Lovely big, spacious, well-equipped lodge on a prestigious Golf Estate. Walking distance from the lovely spa, fitness centre and restaurant. The lodge comes with three very generously-sized bedrooms, firm but comfortable King-size beds. Three large bathrooms, 2 on-suites and one main bathroom and access to the outside from each of the bedrooms. WRead moreell-equipped kitchen, with every amenity that is needed to eat in. Washing machine. Ample parking for two cars. The lodge is also geographically well-positioned to allow easy access to attractions such as the Eden Project, Looe, Newquay, etc. We loved the lodge. For our family, it was a luxury to have so much space. We often did a full cooked breakfast in the kitchen in the morning, walked over to the spa for a couple of hours of relaxation. The spa is through the reception of the hotel and down the stairs. Towels were provided, wrist bands for easy access. 3 pools, a little baby pool, a medium-sized pool with lovely warm water and a larger lane pool. Steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi. The changing rooms were lovely and clean, and well-equipped. After some time at the spa, we would head out daily to explore seaside towns. We really enjoyed being able to get in the car and drive a little way to some beautiful spots. The area is absolutely beautiful. We didn't get to explore everything, and so we plan to return in the future. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone that is looking for a relaxing break away, and if you play golf, that would be an added bonus as the greens are beautifully maintained. Hide

The cottage was amazing, spacious and clean. Could have done with a mirror in the bedroom and some shelves in the bedroom. Very comfortable stay
