This charming property is set on a beautiful holiday complex with a great choice of on-site leisure facilities that include a spa, two golf courses, and places to eat. Situated within reach of many superb South Devon visitor attractions, you can relax or indulge in long touring days out. The bewitching Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is right on your doorstep with walking and cycling routes close by, just waiting for you to discover. The vibrant and interesting city of Plymouth (12 miles) is just across the Tamar Bridge, and it has something for everyone. It is home to the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth Hoe, Tinside Lido, hundreds of shops and restaurants, and gorgeous views across Plymouth Sound. Other local attractions include the National Trust’s Cotehele Mill and Buckland Abbey (both within 15 miles), and the picturesque seaside towns and villages of Looe (15.5 miles), Seaton (13.5 miles), and Portwrinkle (13.5 miles).

Step into this charming cottage and leave your coats and shoes in the hallway. You will be immediately drawn to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with its timber cladded ceilings. The dining table sits in the centre of the room and is a wonderful place where the whole family can congregate. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine, everything you need to either cook up a delicious meal or pack up a good lunch for the day ahead. The lounge has plenty of comfy seating and offers a Smart TV so you can unwind and watch all your favourite programmes. This room is lit with plenty of natural light from the large patio doors, which lead out onto the patio area. From the lounge area is the first of three bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request), featuring a dressing table and patio doors that lead out onto the patio. Found on the other side of the lounge is a shower room with WC. Next door to this is the second bedroom with a super-king-size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request), an en-suite shower room with WC, and patio doors that lead out onto the terrace. The final bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request), a seating area with a coffee table, Smart TV, and patio doors leading out onto the patio. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Outside is a terrace area with garden furniture, and there is also a balcony off the lounge. There are 450 acres of shared natural grounds to roam, and guests have use of the on-site Health Club. There is private off-road parking for two cars.

Pindee 19 was in a lovely setting on well cared for grounds. The 3 bedroom cottages are large, spacious and comfortable. The cottages do lack a bit of character though and have a corporate feel. They do also need regular intervals depth cleaning internally and externally. Supplies like dishwasher salts and liquid soaps need to be checked and replenRead moreished.
