When it comes to spending time outside, why not take advantage of the Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, one of two Championship courses on the resort? If your putting game leaves you weary, fear not, as there’s a great selection of restaurants and bars on site. If you decide to venture further afield, you are within 12 miles of the city of Plymouth, and the popular coastal destinations of Looe (15.5 miles) and Polperro (20.5 miles) are also nearby.

Enter the cottage into the hallway and turn left into a large, contemporary lounge/kitchen/dining room. This fabulous family space is just perfect for congregating around the central dining table whilst cooking up a treat in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. This wonderfully decorated room features some comfy seating and a Smart TV, so you can kick back after a day in the resort and watch all your favourite programmes or enjoy the views through the patio doors. Back out through the main hallway is a shower room with WC, and next door to this is a bunk bedroom with storage space. The master bedroom boasts a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be made up as a twin on request, a dressing area, Smart TV, and a seating area where you can sit and enjoy a morning cuppa whilst looking out through the patio doors. Off the master bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside is a private patio area with garden furniture, accessed through the lounge and master bedroom. There are 450 acres of natural grounds to roam, and guests also have use of the on-site health club. There is private off-road parking for two cars.
