Self-catering holidays in St Issey

Set in an idyllic rural spot, we have a charming range of St Issey cottages providing fresh and cosy self-catering accommodation for couples, friends and families discovering the tranquil North Cornwall coast. A quiet village midway between Padstow and Wadebridge, St Issey makes a fantastic base for nature spotters, beach lovers, walkers and water sports fans eager to explore the region’s breathtaking countryside, spellbinding bays and friendly seaside resorts. We have a charming selection of holiday cottages both in St Issey itself and in the tranquil surrounding countryside, including traditional stone-built cottages, stylishly updated apartments and characterful barn conversions. Close to St Merryn and Little Petherick, St Issey is ideally situated for visiting Padstow and the Trevose Headland, or for following the route of the River Camel.

Padstow lies just 4 miles north of St Issey and is known for its central harbour and a fantastic choice of excellent seafood restaurants. The town sits along the eastern edge of the breathtaking Trevose Head Heritage Coast, known for its seven beautiful bays and home to the friendly Trevose Golf and Country Club. To the east, the popular market town of Wadebridge has plenty of great pubs, shops and restaurants, hosts the Royal Cornwall Show, and marks a stop along the route of the Camel Trail as it wends its way inland to Bodmin. Other popular local attractions include Camel Creek Family Adventure Park, Giant Slip and Slide Cornwall, Tregonetha Downs and the site of Castle an Dinas. Newquay is also within easy reach.
