Back in Port Isaac, whitewashed cottages line the winding streets leading down to the pretty beach and harbour. Wander down through the village and watch local fishermen land their daily catch, or in the summer, take an evening stroll to the harbourside where the Fisherman’s Friends, the sea shanty group, often sing.
