Set on the first floor of a majestic Edwardian townhouse, enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the comfort of this coastal apartment located in a scenic spot between the postcard-perfect villages of Port Isaac and Port Gaverne. With the South West Coast Path on your doorstep, this scenic spot in North Cornwall is a haven for keen outdoor explorers, with miles of windswept walks awaiting to be explored on foot or by bike. Spot quaint locations made famous in Doc Martin, pick up some fabulous local produce and enjoy the sights of fishermen bringing in the catch of the day in Port Isaac, less than a mile away. Just half a mile away, you’ll find the pretty hamlet of Port Gaverne, which boasts a sheltered beach brimming with rock pools, and cliff-top walks that offer glimpses of the local dolphins and seals from the headland.

Located on the first floor, with a few steps up to the front door, you’ll find the heart of this coastal retreat in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that enjoys soothing neutral hues and homely touches. Flooded with plenty of natural sunlight from the large picture window and beautiful Juliet balcony, this light and airy social hub provides plenty of space to both cook up a storm with your local produce and simply sit back and enjoy your uninterrupted sea views. On a fine evening, throw open the French doors to the Juliet balcony to unwind to the sounds of the sea in the distance. The en-suite double bedroom and twin zip-and-link bedroom offers a truly peaceful haven to retire to. Both bedrooms also boast a Smart TV, with the twin bedroom offering flexible sleeping arrangements as it can be converted into a king-size on request. Before bedtime, enjoy a rejuvenating soak in the contemporary family bathroom.

The charming outdoor seating area features a lovely wooden bench, the perfect spot to soak up the salty sea with your morning coffee at sunrise or a glass of something chilled at sundown. A beach hut can be found up the path at the side of the building and provides safe storage for your boards and wetsuits. On-street parking is subject to availability, with more parking available in two public car parks in Port Isaac.
