Old Oaks Barn is close to the celebrated Georgian market town of Reepham, which has been designated a Conservation Area and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Impressive properties line the hub of the town and there are two excellent spots to eat here, The Dial House and The Kings Arms. Independent local shops surround Market Place and on the outskirts of the town there is a small supermarket. The Marriott's Way is close by and offers lovely walks and cycling routes both here and in the surrounding countryside beyond. With the beautiful North Norfolk coast, The Broads National Park and the fine city of Norwich all just a short drive away, you will not be lacking in things to do.
Thank you such a beautiful stay in your wonderful barn. It was absolutely perfect for our family and all the attention to detail was just stunning. We enjoyed looking around all the local and coastal areas as well as walking around the barn surroundings itself.
Fantastic Barn in a great location with plenty to see and do. The Barn is really well thought out (clearly a labour of love) and packed with superb design features , everywhere you look and see something new and you can see the care that has gone into every detail. Our kids loved it. Garden and outdoor space really good for little ones... very strong wifi got the thumbs up from eldest! Jeff was an excellent host, who took the trouble to come and explain all features on the first night. We had a great time and would recommend!
Brilliant 5 Star holiday home!
Thank you for creating such a well appointed, relaxing space. We felt truly welcome and instantly fell in love with the place. So much so that we shelved our plans to explore the local area, preferring to spend every available moment here!
“Thank you so much, we really enjoyed ourselves with our family for New Year 2022. Your barn is beautiful and very well designed and thought out and a wonderful experience to stay there. We really appreciated all the extra logs for the stove”. Mr & Mrs Choudhury.
Dear Joff and Juliette, Wow! The barn looks amazing and we loved being your first official holiday guests – you have worked so hard to make it look stunning and feel luxurious to stay in.” Gavin & Rebecca Mitchell.
