A scenic footpath hugs the coastline just 500 metres away, leading straight to the beach for sand-between-the-toes strolls, paddleboarding or lessons at one of the excellent local surf schools. Start lazy mornings with a hearty breakfast at the friendly cafe 150 metres from your door, then while away a few hours browsing Polzeath’s restaurants and independent stores (all within 0.5 miles). For longer adventures, follow the coast path (350 metres away) towards Greenaway, Daymer Bay, and Rock – where you’ll find sweeping sand dunes, chic dining spots and beautiful estuary views within 3 miles.

On arrival, step inside to a light-filled open-plan living area where coastal style meets modern comfort. Wooden floors and soft seaside hues create an easy-going and welcoming atmosphere. Full-length bi-fold doors flood the space with natural light and open to a private sun terrace.
