Thank you for a wonderful.stay in the apartment. The flat was perfect for my wife and myself..both in our 80s and the help of the Letting Agency was much appreciated when we negotiated a small extension of our stay. .. What a wonderful.setting and right in the centre of the City

Johnstone on the Weir is in a great location, with easy (and flat) walks to the station, shops, Abbey, Pump Rooms, other attraction, and several good coffee shops/bakeries on or near Pulteney Bridge. A very informative hop-on-off bus tour runs from nearby to the upper end of the city, including the Circle and the Royal Crescent. There are a few steRead moreps to the main door, and a step into the bathroom, or over the ledge onto the balcony, but generally this ground floor apartment was great for me, with reduced mobility. The balcony was a delight first thing in the morning, before the day got too hot, with a view over the maze and weir. The apartment retains many original features, including working shutters, has charming decor, and feels very light and spacious with its high ceilings. The kitchen is small but surprisingly good to work in, with plenty of storage on the shelf over the worktop and in the built in cupboard As usual, the service from BHR was excellent. The welcome pack (milk, biscuits and fudge) was much appreciated. I met the owner during my stay, who was very informative about the apartment and Bath, and was delightful company when (with my prior agreement) he came to tend to the very pretty window boxes. I loved my time here, and would book it again without hesitation. Hide

While staying here we felt part of Bath rather than being spectators looking in from the outside. So nice to open the door of one of those big Georgian houses and walk inside. The location could not be better - so close to the centre yet so quiet. The facilities were 100%, the rooms were spacious, clean, everything worked well and communication wasRead more first class. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this accommodation. Hide
