This fantastic apartment is located above the main shopping street of St Ives and is just moments from the harbour, where you can take in the entire sweep of St Ives Bay across to the golden sands of Hayle, Gwithian and Godrevy Lighthouse. Right in the town centre, you will benefit from a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars being on your doorstep, but this does mean that it can get busy and noisy at peak times of year. The pristine white sandy beach of Porthminster is only a short walk away, and it’s a 350-metre stroll to Porthmeor Beach and the Tate St Ives. Barbara Hepworth’s house and museum is also just around the corner. Walkers can enjoy the South West Coast Path, watching for seals and dolphins in the waters below. Visit the fishing village of Newlyn, 10 miles away, or head Land’s End or St Michael’s Mount, both within 20 miles.

Follow the wide staircase in the shared hallway up to the first floor where you will find this spacious apartment. Stepping into the hallway you will find a stunning family shower room on the right next door to a light and airy stylish super-king-size bedroom with floor-to-ceiling bay windows. The bed is a zip-and-link and can be separated to create twin beds on request. The bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has wooden flooring throughout and a huge bay window with views over the bustling main street in St Ives, two comfortable sofas and large Smart TV, and is the social heart of this beautiful home. The well-equipped kitchen area has everything you'll need for your holiday to create a feast for all the family after a day on the beach or an afternoon exploring the streets of St Ives. Gather around the dining table for a special meal together, cosy up in the lounge area on your choice of sofas and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV, or relax with a good book. On the other side of the lounge is a well-designed king-size bedroom with a contemporary en-suite shower room.

While there is no outside space with the apartment, everything you could need is just moments from the doorstep, including the beach and all amenities.

Immaculate and modern, had a really good vibe, spacious and the comfiest bed Ive ever slept in. WiFi intermittent but didnt bother us, previous review mentions noise, its Fore St, of course there is noise but it didnt impact us and is to be expected when staying in such a great location. I would 100% stay here again. Perfect

Very spacious well equipped 2 bedroom apartment situated in an excellent location to access the beach,pubs and restaurant of which there are plenty.Opposite the apartment is a set of steps which lead to the wharf/harbour.My wife and I plus our cavalier King Charles have stayed here twice this year and have thoroughly enjoyed both visits.St Ives is Read morea quaint town and the back alleyways and cobbled streets bear testimony to it's connections to the sea.This apartment is right in the mix of all this and more than meets all of our requirements.A little gem. What a awful holiday the noise from the pubs every evening , rubbish collection , shop deliveries we left early to go home to get some rest , stayed in St Ives for the last 12 years worst holiday ever. Lovely flat, great location. Lovely decor and lots of storage. Great bathrooms. Some information in the welcome folder about recycling would be really useful- we visit St Ives most years so are aware there are facilities behind the sloop so we saved ours up to take it down but would be good to make others aware to promote it . Thank you.

The apartment was very clean, newly renovated and modern. It was very central but could be noisy with delivery lorries arriving as early as 5.30

We loved our stay at Echo beach. Lovely little flat. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We would definitely book again. Loved the location right over fore street in the middle of everything.

I have a disability so the location was excellent very easy to get to Porthmeor and all the restaurants and nightlife literally on the doorstep!

Great location, right in the hustle and bustle, can be in the shops or on the beach in a matter of minutes. But this does come with a price - its noisy. Delivery vehicles at 5/6am, and people leaving pubs till after midnight. Cant sleep with windows open as too noisy.

Lovely apartment with comfortable sofas and beds and plenty of space. Location was great during the day as right in the heart of St Ives so ideal for shopping and eating/drinking etc Unfortunately, Friday and Saturday nights were a different story. There was load music and shouting in the street below the property until 2.00am each night so not goRead moreod if you want to sleep. Hide

This apartment is clean and comfortable. You will not get any sleep though due to the noise of 2 pubs continuing until 1.30 am and commercial vehicles arriving from 4.30 am. We were absolutely shattered after our stay

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. The apartment was immaculate, so tastefully decorated and everything you needed for a wonderful stay. We are already thinking about coming back again.
