This spacious, well-equipped and comfortable holiday apartment is one of three beautiful apartments in this recently renovated property located in the heart of St Ives. Being central, you will benefit from close proximity to all the gorgeous beaches, local shops, bars and all amenities, but please be aware that this also means that it can get quite busy and noisy at peak times of year. The apartment has double glazing throughout but at certain times earplugs may be required by light sleepers. Close to home, you can visit Porthmeor Beach, take a look around Tate St Ives, visit the home of sculptor Barbara Hepworth, or make the most of your surroundings by strolling along the South West Coast Path. The iconic Minack Theatre is 18 miles away and the fishing port of Newlyn (10 miles) is well worth your time. Porthcurno, Land’s End, and St Michael’s Mount are all within 20 miles.

To reach this bright and spacious apartment, head through the shared entrance hall and up the staircase to the second floor, where you will find yourself in a modern and welcoming home from home. The property is beautifully presented with a stylish and calming interior, and the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a wonderful social space to relax with family and friends. Wooden flooring and ceiling spotlights add a contemporary feel. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook up a feast for the family or enjoy a lazy breakfast while planning your day ahead at the dining table. After a day on the beach, cosy up in the lounge area on one of the comfortable sofas and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV or just relax and read a good book. Light, spacious and well equipped apartment in the very center of St.Ives, close to shops, restaurants and the harbour. Clean and modernized well for comfort and 4 star rating. We really enjoyed our stay but be prepared for nearby pub noise into early hours and early morning deliveries in the busy season otherwise a great place!

Location is fab, noisy with early morning deliveries, late night revelry and seagulls. Stairs not good for families with young kids and it was a hot flat. That being said it was spotless, a good layout all on one floor and you couldnt be more central if you tried.

Very noisy on the streets awake until 2am with drunk people shouting and then up again at 5 with the glass bins being emptied and shops prepping to open.

Lovely modern spacious apartment in central St Ives, great location for shops and restaurants. Carpets and decoration immaculate, great place to relax in and plenty of storage room. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Can be a little noisy when people leave the local pubs.
