Located in central St Ives, there are multiple sandy beaches within 1 mile as well as plenty of eateries, boutiques, and bars. With something for everyone, including the world-renowned Tate Gallery and the home of sculptor Barbara Hepworth, complete with its own sculpture garden where art lovers can enjoy the artist’s work in its own surroundings. Further afield, take a trip to the stunning Minack Theatre (18 miles), an open-air, seaside amphitheatre that hosts a full programme of plays during the spring and summer seasons. Alternatively, head to Porthcurno, Land’s End, or St Michael’s Mount in Marazion, all less than 20 miles away. Visit the fishing harbour of Newlyn (10 miles) or stroll along the South West Coast Path.

From the communal entrance and up three flights of stairs, this wonderful third-floor apartment opens onto an incredibly spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with lovely bay windows and seats to watch over the bustling main street of St Ives town. Relax amongst the welcoming features, exposed stonework and vaulted ceilings of the living space, or wind down in front of the Smart TV on one of two comfy sofas. The kitchen area has everything you will need for your holiday whether it’s preparing a special dinner or making a picnic for an adventurous day out. Embrace relaxed meals together at the dining table or play some board games. The double bedroom has sea views between the rooftops and plenty of storage (mind your head in the eaves!) whilst the twin bedroom is light and stylishly furnished. Lastly, there's also a family shower room in a beautifully modern and contemporary design.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay in this beautiful rooftop apartment. It is located right at the center of the main shopping street and only a few steps from the beach and harbour. A perfect base to explore beautiful St Ives. The apartment has been recently renovated and feels very modern with lots of natural light and great view. Cleaning was spotlesRead mores and it was very well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. We found parking was easiest on Barnoon Car Park a 3 min walk up the hill. Would love to return to this property! Hide

Great modern loft apartment, vert well fitted out. Perfect for two or 4 people. Central location. Can be a little noisy though.

The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped. Excellent central location which was perfect for our family with 2 children aged 5 and 7. It looks as thought it had only just been renovated, everything was brand new. The only negatives were the noise and bad WiFi.
