Next door is the large sociable kitchen/diner which is fully equipped and offers a great sociable space to entertain with its large dining table and chairs. You also have access to the rear patio from here via a stable-type door. Moving back out to where you started is a ground floor bedroom with a king-size bed, feature inglenook fireplace, lots of light and storage, and an accessible bathroom across the small hallway. There are stairs leading up to a very sweet single bedroom with a trundle bed, perfect for a child not wanting to be too far from mum or dad. Upstairs are two further bedrooms a king-size and a twin both of a good size, offering a wonderfully relaxing feel with plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. Completing this floor is the large family bathroom.
Outside to the front of the cottage is a real sun trap. There are benches that offer a great spot for watching the birds or listening to the sound of the river.
