The Granary at Foldyard is part of a small complex located on the owners farm in Holme-on-Spalding-Moor. This recently converted 200 year old barn has all the modern conveniences along with many original features, including A frame beams and exposed stone walls. Set on a small farm with horses, sheep, ducks and chickens, and the owner on site with lots of information about the local area.

Enter through the double doors into a spacious open plan living area with two sets of patio doors onto the courtyard letting the light flood in. The modern kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy a home cooked meal with little effort. The living area has an integrated log burner to compliment the underfloor heating. This room has plenty of space to accommodate the extended dining table and four chairs. Off this room, through one of the original stable doors, you will find a modern shower room.

Going up the bespoke staircase, you will find two further bedrooms and a second bathroom on the first floor, all boasting many of the 200 year old barn's original features.

There is a communal courtyard garden with seating and table for the use of the three properties. Also, there is a bonus shared games room complete with pool table, corner sofa and large TV. Here you will find a shared beer fridge and freezer, not to mention the range of games in the storage cupboards.

To the front of the barn, you will find your own bike store with living green roof and an electric charging point, along with shared hot and cold taps, ideal for washing your boots, your bike or your dog.

Fantastic location (approx 30mins drive to York and 1hr to the Coast/ Beach). A great pub 15mins walk from the property. The village also has a great butchers and bakers (sadly, no candlestick makers!). The fact that the Granary is on a small farm with dogs, horses, sheep and ducks was an added boon for our youngster!
