The Barn at Foldyard is part of a small complex located on the owners farm in Holme-on-Spalding-Moor. This recently converted 200 year old barn has all the modern conveniences along with many original features, including A frame beams and exposed stone walls. Set on a small farm with horses, sheep, ducks and chickens, and the owner on site with lots of information about the local area.

The spacious open plan living area has cosy underfloor heating coming through the modern cement flooring. And if that doesn't keep you warm enough the integrated log burner will keep you lovely and toasty in the cooler months.  In the warmer seasons, why not open the double doors and let the light and country air in.  

This property boasts a modern kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm using the many artisan products available locally. The large dining table is great for getting together and discussing your plans for the next day over a good meal. Or relax on the comfy sofas in front of the TV in the double height living area.

There is a downstairs bedroom and wetroom, with two further bedrooms and a second bathroom on the first floor accessed via the bespoke staircase.

There is a communal courtyard garden with seating and table for the use of the three properties. Also, there is a bonus shared games room complete with pool table, corner sofa and large TV. Here you will find a shared beer fridge and freezer, not to mention the range of games in the storage cupboards.

To the front of the barn, you will find your own bike store with living green roof and an electric charging point along with shared hot and cold taps, ideal for washing your boots, your bike or your dog.
