Hideaway & Tremayne is the combination of the two properties, joined by an adjoining door. This option will allow you the option of 5 bedrooms, sleeping 11.

Hideaway

Hideaway is a beautiful, light and airy house which benefits from a lovely private, courtyard garden which has a real Mediterranean feel. The property has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard and its secluded position just off Street-an-Pol makes it a great location for a family holiday with the shops and beaches just a short walk away. Hideaway is a true hidden gem.

From the courtyard you enter into the hallway which leads to the Open plan Kitchen/Lounge/Dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a Gas Hob and Electric Oven, Fridge, Freezer and Microwave. In the Lounge/Dining Area there is a TV/DVD Player and recessed area housing a washing machine. Bi-fold doors open out onto the very pretty courtyard garden which has both patio furniture and comfortable seating. Also on this floor is a Shower Room with cubicle, wc and wash basin and the Master Bedroom with a Double Bed.  An open tread, spiral staircase (may not be suitable for young children or the elderly) leads to the First Floor which has two bedrooms, one with a Double Bed and TV and the other with 2x3ft single beds and a TV with DVD Player. Also on this floor is another Shower Room with cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. The garden shed, holds beach equipment for guests to help themselves to.

Tremayne

Beautifully renovated throughout, this charming property boasts a great location in the town centre and is just a minutes' walk to the quayside. Formerly an art gallery, Tremayne is set on one level throughout and has been attractively converted into this delightful holiday holiday let; a wonderful base for your stay in St Ives. The accommodation is bursting with character with many traditional features such as the beamed ceilings, oak flooring and exposed brickwork, and there is bespoke artwork scattered throughout the property. There is an enclosed courtyard area with seating and plants which can be accessed from the kitchen/diner which is a great feature for a property this close to the town centre.

Entrance from street into hallway. Lounge area with two sofas, a large wall-mounted Smart TV, decorative inglenook fireplace and lovely artwork. Walk through to the kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, wall-mounted TV, dining table and chairs and access to the pretty courtyard area. Utility area with washing machine and basin. There is an additional seating area facing the courtyard in the orangery.

Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed, 3ft single bed, bedside unit, chest of drawers, small cupboard, wall-mounted TV and artwork. En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, rainfall shower head, heated towel-rail, basin, WC. Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6in double bed, bedside units, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and artwork. There is also a family bathroom with walk-in shower, rainfall shower head, basin, WC.

Pets Welcome: 3 dogs maximum, £25 per pet per week.

Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Central heating.

Outside and parking: Enclosed Mediterranean style garden courtyard with comfortable seating. No parking, public car parking available nearby.

Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no cot linen.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Pub: 0.1 ml. Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: Luggage can be dropped at the property on arrival day after 10am - text message will then be sent advising when the property is ready to check-in. No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Open tread, spiral staircase in Hideaway may not be suitable for young children or the elderly.

Wonderfully equipped cottages, with lovely courtyard to sit and enjoy the sun , or a drink ( or two) in the evening.. Very central and within a few minutes of the beaches, shops, cafes, etc. Seagulls all around ! Nice touch were the washing lines out of site , and beach things for the children ! Lovely vase of fresh flowers in each cottage. FlowersRead more in pots , troughs , and small garden patches every where : just lovely, and a pleasure to water !
