Situated below Sunnyside this comfortable, modern ground floor apartment is the perfect base to enjoy all that St Ives has to offer from the great restaurants to the beautiful beaches.

From the three steps to the front door you enter the kitchen/lounge/diner which has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave and TV. Off the lounge is the bedroom with one adult double and childrens bunk beds, TV and DVD player. The shower room has a basin, wc, shower cubicle and utility area with washing machine.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

I had such a lovely stay, the home was beautiful and comfortable, and in a perfect location! Extra special mention for some things not often found in holiday homes - I really appreciated quality cookware and sharp knives! A lot of attention has gone into making this a lovely and creative place to stay.

Just came home from a weeks stay.What a beautiful little cottage it was.We felt right at home as soon as we walked into the property.Its so close to everything too so we didnt need to use our car for the week.We didnt end up taking our dog in the end but you would never know pets had been there previously as it was so clean.What a truly beautiful tRead moreown and cottage.We are looking at booking again for next year as we loved it so much. Lovely cottage. Perfect location. We were there before the summer holiday rush, which was a relief. Great place to spend a week away. You can hear the breaking of the waves from the cottage. Very peaceful.
