Coach House Cottage near the southern edge of the North York Moors national park is a wonderfully cosy self-catering cottage retaining many of the original stabling details and offers a perfect relaxing getaway. Accommodation comprises a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a second twin bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath and hand shower.
Set to the rear of Middleton Hall the Coach House has its own rear entrance where to can park your car and walk through the lovely garden to the cottage.

Please note that this property is managed and maintained by the owner.

This property can be booked with VY203 The Barn ideal for larger parties.

Living Room: With traditional flagged floor and a wood burning stove. There are two two-seater sofas, a coffee table, Smart TV on a chest, standard lamp and views out into the garden.

Dining Room: With quarry tiled floor and a table with six chairs. French doors open out from the dining room on to the attractive cottage style garden.

Kitchen: Tiled floor with a range of modern wood fronted units and granite worktop.  The appliances include, electric oven with gas hob and hood over, dishwasher, larder fridge, additional fridge freezer and microwave.

Downstairs Cloakroom: With toilet and wash hand basin

There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. 

The stairs lead up to:

Master Bedroom: With a king-sized bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a chest of drawers, built in wardrobe

En-suite Bathroom: Complete with a rain shower in cubicle, WC and wash basin.

Bedroom 1: Two single beds (zip n link beds can be super king size on request), two bedside cabinets with lamps, and a built-in wardrobe.

En-suite Bathroom: With a bath and a hand shower over, wash basin in a vanity unit and WC. 

There is central heating throughout the first floor.

Outside
The cottage has its own access, drive, designated parking for up to three cars and a private and enclosed cottage style garden. A paddock is next to the garden with mature trees and wildlife.

Parking: Off street parking. EV car charging point available at the nearby property VY203 The Barn. There is a charge for this payable directly to the owner during your stay.
Heating:  Underfloor heating on ground floor, central heating on first floor and wood burner

Notes: Bed linen and towels are provided. No smoking at this property. Unlimited WiFi available free of charge. Mobile phone signal variable.

  • Electric/hybrid car charging should not be made via the power sockets in the cottage or it's gardens. We have an EV charger for electric vehicles (located next to The Barn, at Middleton Hall) that you will be able to use at an additional charge.
  • E-bikes and e-scooters are not permitted. Charging could be a fire risk and will also invalidate our insurance.
  • Please note that candles and tea lights are not permitted.
  • Log Burner - please ensure to use with the door closed at all times and please do not leave unattended at any time.
  • Smoking is not permitted.
