GROUND FLOOR:
On the south side there is a large open plan Family Room / Diner / Kitchen / Living Space: Roof-lights let plenty of natural light into the main space with fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob and hood, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a large extendable dining table with seating for six and comfortable seating area with a large L shaped sofa and modern swivel chair. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee tables and modern adjustable lighting. Large patio doors open into the spacious garden.
Bathroom: Fully tiled walls and floor, with a deep bath and separate power rain shower, wall hung toilet and wash basin.
Study/Single Bedroom: The room is set out as a study, perfect for finishing that little bit of work while you are away, or there is a fold down bed which gives an extra single bedroom, suitable for less able guests.
Through a sliding door to the North Side that comprises:
Wet-room: with central power shower, wash basin and WC
Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
“Snug” Living Room: With 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, coffee table, and wood burning stove. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD player. Door to barbecue area.
FIRST FLOOR:
North Side
Double Bedroom: Accessed from the “snug” living room up an elegant glass and walnut staircase, with double bed, contemporary bedside cabinets with wall lamps. A separate dressing area makes this a great master bedroom.
South Side
Twin Bedroom: Accessed up the stairs from the family living space this mezzanine bedroom looks out across original beams (zip n link beds can be super king size on request). Again with bedside cabinets and wall lights and storage.
Outside
Parking (for up to two cars) is in the yard by the entrance to the Barn. There are two attractive gardens, an Italian style pebble courtyard with a patio for external dining, a large wooden seated area under an arbour; on the north side there is a secluded garden with barbecue for a romantic evening, catching the setting sun.

- Electric/hybrid car charging should not be made via the power sockets in the cottage or it's gardens. We have an EV charger for electric vehicles (located next to The Barn, at Middleton Hall) that you will be able to use at an additional charge.
- E-bikes and e-scooters are not permitted. Charging could be a fire risk and will also invalidate our insurance.
- Please note that candles and tea lights are not permitted.
- Log Burner - please ensure to use with the door closed at all times and please do not leave unattended at any time.
