Hebog Glamping Lodge sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms; a double room, a twin room and a double cabin bed (accessed by 4 ladder steps). Perfect for families with a cosy sitting area, a wood burning stove and plenty of games and books. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. There is an adjacent ‘Pitch Pod’ shower room, with a shower, a flushing toilet and basin. Outside, there’s a wonderful fire pit with a barbecue grill. Tucked away beside the lodge is a private, wood-fired hot tub.
Take a stroll to nearby Gilestone Pond or a tour of the farm with the owner. Enjoy spotting an abundance of wildlife in the surrounding farmland and learn about the conservation and community initiatives in place both on the farm and in the local village, Talybont-on-Usk.
Talybont-on-Usk has lots to offer; there is a canal, 2 rivers, a reservoir, hills, woods, waterfalls, wildlife, local arts and crafts, a village shop and wi-fi cafe, 3 pubs and a restaurant. There are some great walks from Gilestone and Talybont; something to suit all levels from a gentle stroll to an epic hike. Close by there are a variety of popular visitor attractions including Cantref Adventure Farm, the Play Barn at Brynich, The Red Kite Feeding Centre, the Brecon Mountain Railway and the spectacular National Showcaves at Dan yr Ogof.
