Glenside is a wonderful 3-bedroom detached house situated along a quiet, private road in the delightful village of lower Llanbedrog with the fabulous family-friendly beach just down the road. Built in the 1950's but attractively modern inside, it's been recently refurbished to a high standard and with a gorgeous main bedroom with a king size bed and two twin bedrooms, it's a perfect place for a family of 6. Two of these bedrooms boast amazing views over the sea and Cardigan Bay with the Welsh mountains in the background, and looking towards the Llanbedrog headland you can see the Iron Man at the top. The rear garden is a private, self enclosed, lawned area with ample space for fun family games. There's also a large patio and a beautiful timber arbour for relaxing and dining. A large conservatory overlooks the garden and provides a lovely area for eating or you can just relax with a book while the children play. This well-presented property has a very homely feel, plenty of space and is an ideal holiday home for families wanting to be close to the sea and have lots of home comforts to return to at the end of the day. New: EV charger now available

A five minute walk down the road, you'll go past a beach bar and then your toes will be touching the lovely sand of the fantastic Llanbedrog beach that's a lovely place for children to play. The view here is just stunning and if you walk up to the headland above, Mynydd Tir-y-Cwmwd, you'll be blown away by the view of the sea and mountains. Local amenities in this friendly village include two pubs, a restaurant offering fine dining, a shop and an art gallery with a café and outdoor theatre at the magnificent Plas Glyn y Weddw. The area has many great walks either along the coast or through woodland, or you can take a drive to other popular resorts such as Abersoch in one direction with its superb atmosphere and fashionable bars, or Pwllheli in the other direction where you can spend a fun family afternoon at the amusement arcade and Funland Pwllheli. Both have fine beaches too and there are plenty more to see on the LlÅ·n Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with impressive views to admire such as Porth Ceiriad and Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) which is a paradise for surfers. Other places to visit that will make a great family day out include Rabbit Farm in Llanystumdwy, Criccieth Castle and Glasfryn Parc in Y Ffor.
