Description

This beautiful holiday home is located in the popular seaside village of Broad Haven. The village is popular all year round with tourists and visitors alike due to its large expanse of golden sand and great amenities. The beach is popular for watersports, there are a handful of restaurants, cafes and shops along the seafront along with a popular village pub. At low tide, you can walk along the beach to neighbouring Little Haven too and enjoy the seafront bars and eateries there. The property sits within a National Park and the coastal path can be accessed directly from the beach. Head further afield to St Davids (15 miles) and explore its bijoux shops and galleries and wander around the incredible cathedral both North and South Pembrokeshire, easily accessible.

As you enter the house, you are welcomed into a hallway corridor with space for coats and shoes leading onto two ground-floor bedrooms. The first is a spacious double room, with a Freeview TV. The second bedroom is a single room, both rooms have wardrobe space. There's a ground-floor bathroom to service these two bedrooms. Completing the ground floor is an airing/utility cupboard with a handy washing machine. Head upstairs onto the first floor and you'll find your open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The lounge enjoys two comfortable sofas centred around Smart TV and DVD player. There's also a CD player and an Alexa Dot if you want to relax with some music. The kitchen is well-equipped to make and prepare meals during your stay and a dining table to enjoy them on. Continue on up the second floor and you'll find a master bedroom suite. There's a double bed and a Freeview TV. This bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room and two velux windows with uninterrupted sea views.

There are French doors leading out to a private balcony terrace with a bistro set for two from which there are views to the sea. The garden can be accessed via the ground floor hallway corridor or there is a side access if you want to bring in any beach equipment. This pretty garden space is fully enclosed and enjoys a patio dining area with a few steps leading up to the lawn. It's an excellent space to relax together after a day at the beach or exploring the county.

Reviews

A wonderful and cozy home away from home. Fantastic location within a short walk to local shops and more importantly the beautiful beach and Pembroke coastal path. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return for another visit in the future.

Ms S,

Lovely house well equipped and brilliant location

Mrs L,

Excellent property, we all really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy stay, everything was straight forward. The beds were really comfortable, the house was clean, well equipped and warm. The boys enjoyed playing with the games and using Alexa. There are also DVDs and books. I would definitely stay here again.

Mrs A,

Great accommodation, very quiet estate.

Mrs R,

A fantastic property in a great position for easy walk to the beach and cafes, etc. We (grandparents) were sharing with our young family so the three storey lay-out was ideal with the youngsters sleeping on the ground floor and the oldies on the top floor and spending time together in between and on the glorious beach! We were very spoilt with unbroken sunshine for seven days - very unusual for Wales but very welcome.

Mrs W,

Loved the cottage, especially the (distant) sea view from the lounge. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Some good walks from the house and plenty of places to visit within a short drive.

Mrs M,

A well equipped, attractive and comfortable house in a very convenient location.

Previous Customer,

The cottage has an excellent position in Broadhaven so close to a fantastic beach with a limited sea view. The cottage was extremely well equipped- I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere with such change of kitchen equipment. There was also a massive number of toys and jigsaws that fully entertained our 3 year old grand daughter.

Mrs H,

It was pretty much like home from home witch was a good thing
