Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over 50 years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

  • 3 bedrooms – 3 king-size
  • 3 bathrooms – 1 bathroom with shower over the bath with an additional hand-held attachment, plus WC, 1 shower room with shower and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with shower and WC, 1 WC

This property is really delightful, very comfortable and well equipped, and in a great location. The large enclosed courtyard garden was lovely, we managed to use it even in March due to the bonus of the amazingly good weather we had. We have had many holidays in Southwold and would love to return to this property, very happy to recommend.

Perfectly located in the heart of Southwold, seconds from the nearest pub, minutes to the beach and shops. The house is well furnished and was very warm and comfortable during our January stay. Its one of the few properties with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making it perfect for friends or extended families. We hope to return.

We had a lovely stay at this house. It is a real home from home and ideally situated for walks along the beach and to explore the lovely town of Southwold. The view of the beautiful lighthouse is the reason we booked and it didn't disappoint. We would recommend the house to anyone with a larger family group, there were only 3 of us in the end soRead more the cost was a little high to justify us returning as a 3, but we couldn't fault the house or it's position.
