Amazing cottage in a beautiful prime location. Very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely enclosed garden and stunning walks straight from the doorstep couldnt wish for anything else definitely a little gem

Miss H,

Lovely cottage in a fantastic quiet location in a beautiful valley. Well equipped with everything required in the kitchen to cook and a relaxing sofa in lounge for after dinner. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Low ceilings upstairs you will get used too, but if 6ft or taller you may have an issue moving around. Great walks in valley for all abilities.

Mrs T,

Perfect location for a quiet relaxing holiday, dog friendly and very well equipped.

Mr I,

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped property, set in the countryside with walks and wildlife on the doorstep. So good that we have already booked our holiday for next year.

Mrs F,

If anyone is looking for peace and quiet, amazing scenery, good walks and plentiful wildlife then this is perfect. Go outside when it's dark an see the milky way (which living in a town we haven't seen for years). From our point of view, this place was heaven!

Mr B,

Extremely Quiet location , safe enclosed garden for our dogs, Home from Home

Mrs D,

Having stayed at the property previously, I knew pretty much what to expect so I was fairly confident that the cottage would still be of a certain standard - which indeed it was. The beds were very comfortable, as were the chairs and sofas. The only small gripe was there weren't instructions for some of the appliances - however, we figured most of it out ourselves!

Ms Val C,

Fantastic stay, love it and as it was previously in our family for over 30 years amazing to see and enjoy the transformation. Just a very small thing, sugar! - we forgot ours and you had some tea's and coffee's but there was no sugar?

Mrs Sally K,

The whole experience with Original Cottages was perfect. All the information required for our stay in College Valley was sent before our visit and explained everything we needed for the holiday. Big thanks to everyone involved for making it the perfect holiday for our 40th wedding anniversary

Mr Adrian I,

One of the few places I keep coming back to, beautiful out of the way location, Internet so I can still work if needed - and Ross is great!

Mr Chris F,

We came looking for peace and tranquillity and certainly found it in an all too short stay. Lets hope the next time is longer. Thank you.

As usual, so welcoming when we arrived (thanks to all concerned). Saw wild goats, adders, slowworms, curlews, heard cuckoo, larks, lapwings, deer. Bees providing constant background hum. So good to listen to the soundscape.
