Description

Ideal for a small family or a couple, this bungalow is situated in a quiet area of Weybourne, a pretty village on the popular North Norfolk coast. Within 400 metres is an excellent pub, which serves local ales as well as hot food. There is also a local shop which is equally accessible and provides all the basics, whilst also offering a coffee bar with cakes and pastries. The beautiful beach of Weybourne is 800 metres from the cottage, which you can access on foot, and is the starting point for a 3-mile eastward cliff-top walk to Sheringham. The North Norfolk Steam Railway can be joined at either Weybourne, Holt (4 miles) or Sheringham (3 miles) and it’s a great family-friendly activity to enjoy.

The property is light and airy and has been lovingly presented. The stylish kitchen has ample storage for your supplies and contains everything needed to cook a romantic meal, including a coffee machine to set you up for your morning walk on the beach. There is a warm and welcoming lounge with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV and access to the beautiful garden at the rear via bi-folding doors; there is also ample dining seating. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one king-size and one single, both with bold interiors and an abundance of storage so you can make yourself at home. Completing the property is the spacious shower room.

To the rear of the bungalow is a landscaped and enclosed lawn garden with patio space and garden furniture. Please note the driveway has a slight decline and may not be suitable for the less mobile.

Reviews

Our second stay here, it's a comfortable home from home. As a winter break the log burner was most welcome. We enjoyed staying so much and as no one had booked after us, we were able to add a couple of days extra to our stay. The Ship was excellent for meals, and we enjoyed walking to Sheringham through Sheringham Park.

Mrs S,

Perfect! Exceptionally clean and well equipped accommodation in a brilliant location for exploring. Thank you we had a fabulous holiday!

Mrs F,

Had a lovely stay at Rosemary's View, the bungalow was well equipped with all that was needed, clean and comfortable. The drive though was very steep and the train station and the beach was further than we expected. Not too far to other resorts on the coast and Holt was only a short distance away inland.

Mrs S,

A great property! Very clean and well furnished. Central location and a great pub nearby. Highly recommended.

Mrs B,

A well equipped , comfortable & quiet place to stay. Close to the cafe, pub, beach and coast hopper bus stop . This property ticked all our boxes.

Mr B,

Rosemary's View is a real home from home. I had booked for two but ended up going alone. I felt totally secure, comfortable and had a great week there. I already love the area and it was handy for all the places I wanted to visit. The only thing I didn't like was the steep gradient of the drive. But without the slope there wouldn't be the fantastic view from the back garden. And that is truly special.

Miss G,

Apart from the above the bungalow was excellent, best we have ever stayed in.

Mrs W,

Lovely bungalow, very well appointed, super welcome pack thank you.l Love Norfolk

Mr C,

Very clean In a nice quiet spot

Mr M,

A very comfortable property in a nice quiet location. Easy walking distance to the sea, railway station and the Ship Inn, where we 'ate in' one night and had their takeaway fish and chips on our last night, both were excellent! Being December the wood-burner was a very welcome feature; so easy to use, and once lit, just a couple of logs kept us warm and cosy all evening, and the the two pouffes added to the comfort also. We enjoyed a circular walk from the property to Weybourne Station, through Sheringham Park to Sheringham and back to Weybourne along the coast path.

Mr S,

A good clean comfortable bungalow in quiet location, would definitely recommend.
