A modern, contemporary holiday home that is tucked away in a quiet corner of Holt close to Spout Hills, a lovely green space for walking through to the woods and fields beyond.  Beautifully furnished, with sumptuous beds, this gorgeous property has its own courtyard garden for dining al fresco in the summer.  An eye-catching wood burner is a feature of the living area and makes the perfect spot for warming up after winter walks. A well-equipped cooks’ kitchen is ideal for creating culinary delights with some of Norfolk’s great produce, easily purchased in the numerous butchers, fishmongers and greengrocers which the town has to offer.  Little Hills is situated just behind the main hub of Holt within easy walking distance of the numerous shops, galleries, restaurants and cafés. Holt is a popular town in the North Norfolk. Seek out its Georgian charm and character, art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques, food shops offering the best of local produce, café's, pubs and restaurants. The Green Flag awarded Holt Country Park has over 100 acres of woodland to discover and Holt is also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, where you can pick up the Poppy Line and enjoy a train ride to Weybourne and Sheringham on a diesel or steam train. Just a short drive to the stunning North Norfolk coast, where you can discover bird watching, nature reserves, enchanting coastal and inland villages, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sailing, seal watching and vast sandy beaches. The coastal villages of Blakeney for seal trips and Cley for bird watching are just five miles away. A little further along the coast road is the current home of the Earl of Leicester, Holkham Hall, which hosts numerous events throughout the year. Colourful beach huts decorate the vast sands at Wells-next-the Sea and Holkham beach is the chosen beach of the ‘Household Cavalry’ who can be seen galloping along whilst taking a well-earned break in the summer.

We had a fabulous stay in Little Hills everything was 5 star Weather was glorious so we were able to use the garden which is lovely. The town of Holt is great, plenty of shops, cafes, pubs etc and only a short drive to Cromer, Sheringham and Wells beach. Highly recommend.

What can I say! We’ve had such a lovely week away in Norfolk made even better with our stay here. Everything was perfect and made very special by all the lovely home comforts; the bed with gorgeous bedding and pillows, thick white fluffy towels in the bathroom and the kitchen stocked with high quality utensils including beautiful glasses (very important)! The log burner was a hit making evenings very cozy but outside has everything you’ll need when the sun comes out. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts; they were very accommodating and wanted everything to be perfect, even left goodies for us; thank you for a lovely stay.
