Stay at a Llanengan holiday cottage

Get away from it all in one of our self-catering holiday cottages in Llanengan, a small village on the Llyn Peninsula. Llanengan is a rural, coastal retreat in North Wales and is perfect for families, friends, and couples looking to get away from it all and switch off from the humdrum of everyday life. The Llyn Peninsula is a haven for keen walkers, who can stride out along the dramatic Wales Coast Path or take on the dizzying heights of Yr Eifl. The peninsula is also home to a whole host of rare plants and wildlife. Llanengan is the closest village to the surfing hotspot of Porth Neigwl Beach, also known as Hell’s Mouth, making it a great choice for water sports enthusiasts.

Llanengan is a fantastic base for exploring the whole Llyn Peninsula. You’ll be within easy reach of some of North Wales’s finest beaches, such as Traeth Porthor, known for its ‘whistling sands’, and the family favourite resort of Abersoch. Abersoch also has some excellent pubs and restaurants, as does the harbour town of Nefyn. To get out on the water, head to the harbour at Porth Meudwy, to join a sea safari or take a boat trip to Bardsey Island. Llanengan is also within touring distance of the mountainous landscape of Eryri National Park (Snowdonia). Explore our full list of Llanengan holiday homes and accommodation.
