Reviews

Outstanding views, our 4th stay, it’s a lovely place to stay.

Mrs G,

An excellent week in The Stables. A great base for exploring this part of Kent, lots of lovely walks, gardens and National Trust properties close by. The property feels very spacious and is decorated and equipped to a very high standard with amazing countryside views.

Mrs M,

Lovely pleasant stay. Comfortable and clean. Views were amazing. Hopefully we will return.

Mr A,

The Stable was perfect for our holiday, lovely views of the countryside, sat outside whenever the weather allowed, great pub (8 Bells) in walking distance, very comfortable couldn’t fault it.

Mr W,

The Stables is a lovely cottage in the heart of the countryside but close to lots of gardens to visit as well as the seaside. It was very clean and comfortable and the equipment in the cottage is also very good both in the kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely recommend this cottage for couples who want peace and quiet but also want to see plenty of gardens and have a day at the seaside - Hastings or Rye are a 30 minute drive away.

Ms S,

For us the second time at the Stables. Two years ago we fell in love with the house and we still are! The house is built with love and eco-friendly. It gives you everything you want. And the view is absolutely stunning. We have seen beautiful places again in Kent and Sussex, but some days we just stayed at home with a book and the views. The owner, Rosi, is very kind and helpful and gave us a beautiful bouquet as a welcome.

Mr De R,

Gorgeous and peaceful setting, wonderful view, modern accommodation meticulously maintained, everything and more you could wish for.

Mr S,

Lovely location with amazing country views.
