Vause at Sea is just as the name suggests, a stunning very spacious seafront property with fabulous sea views, furnished and equipped to a very high standard with modern luxuries aplenty; underfloor heating throughout, Lutron lighting, Sonos sound system with individual and group room controls, Spotify music account, electronic day and night blinds, a cinema room with 75" screen and full surround sound - just to name a few!  This really is a house of the modern age with every comfort thought of.  All the bathrooms are beautifully appointed and have unusual Nuance bushboard panelling.  The house, sleeping 10, is furnished in a modern contemporary style with seaside accents set over 4 floors. This property offers versatile and luxurious accommodation for family and friends.

Out and About: The village of Kingsdown is close by with three pubs offering food, the most popular being The Zetland Arms located right on the beach. A butchers/deli can be found in the village, together with a post office. The popular seaside town of Deal with its castle, pier, beautiful old quarter and many independent shops and restaurants is a delightful walk or cycle along the coastal path, which is right outside the front door.

This house is amazing. Really well laid out with lovely sociable spaces on the ground floor. We made good use of the hot tub, table tennis, darts and short tennis. The tandems were brilliant fun, and so easy along the path to Deal where we loved the Port Arms. To wake up looking out to sea is the best! The location is fantastic. Thank you.

An absolutely amazing house and we had an absolutely amazing time there. All 3 kids loved the mini tennis court, out there every day for hours. They loved the hot tub too but not as much as the wife! More then enough space for a family of 5 so you never feel like your on top of each other. Every evening we would either watch a film in the cinema roRead moreom or play on your Nintendo we brought. Amazing views of the sea in pretty much every bedroom. Lovely area to walk around, we even did our trick or treating this Halloween there and always felt safe there at night. Meet the owner and they were lovely people, answered any question we had. We will be definitely staying here again. Hide

Ideally located on the beach front, a short drive to supermarkets in Deal and short walk to a great pub, the Zetland arms. House itself is hi tech and hi spec - all of the equipment is top notch. The fun stuff is great too - we used the hot tub, tennis court and childrens toys daily - not so much the games and TV room as we had such glorious weatheRead morer, but they looked great.
