This gorgeous cottage really is a treasure found down a quiet little lane. Quince Tree cottage sits in an elevated position overlooking the rooftops of the seaside town of Hythe with panoramic views to the sea from all the rooms at the back of the house.  With a wonderful verandah, terrace and balcony it will be difficult to decide where to sit and enjoy the view on those sunny days.  The centre of town is just a few minutes walk, so this house is great for anybody who doesn't want to bring the car; and the beach and Royal Military canal, with rowing boats to hire, is a short stroll.  The town has everything to offer for the perfect seaside break; lovely pebble beaches, great little restaurants and  the famous Romney Hythe & Dymchurch miniature railway, for a fun daytrip to Romney Marsh. Great location, very comfortable accommodation with everything you need. Off road parking an added bonus. Walking distance to the town with plenty of places to eat.

Mr K,

Fantastic property about 5 mins from the high Street. It's elevated position means there are walking cut throughs which are fairly steep. Excellent abundance of pubs and restaurants in the high street. Fantastic views from the property. Very homely and comfortable.

Mrs C,

Exceptional property in a beautiful location. The property had everything you needed and gives you all of the home comforts you need. Highly recommendable.

Mr A,

This is a beautiful property in a great location maintained to the highest standards. There are lots of lovely little personal touches I haven’t seen in other places. You wouldn’t have to bring anything if you didn’t want to.

Ms T,

Holiday home an absolute dream. Everything top quality and luxurious- didn’t want to leave. Couldn’t have chosen anything better.

Mrs W,

Lovely comfortable accommodation and all the little extras provided make this a well deserved gold awarded property. Many thanks

Mr Alan S,

Thanks to the owners. Quince Tree Cottage is a wonderful place to spend a holiday. Home from home. You've thought of everything

Mrs Barbara V,

Thank you for providing the most perfect cottage, it's beautiful. We have enjoyed every moment here and have made many wonderful memories

Mrs Deborah P,

Beautiful cottage, secluded but within great proximity for town centre plus promenade and canal walks. Tried to find the Hop Fuzz Brewery twice. Hope to visit again

Mrs Debbie C,

Loved this cottage. It is very comfortable and the view is amazing. Welcoming and friendly host - Many thanks for everything

Miss Sarah H,

Our third visit and a great place for us for a break, see friends and relax. Many thanks again

Mrs Wendy V,

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After spending months in self isolation it was so nice to come away to such a lovely cottage like this and bring some normality back into our lives. The hosts were a pleasure to meet. We go away with fond memories and hopefully will make it back in the future. Thank you

Mr Michael G,
