Next to the panoramic sea views, the best thing about this light and spacious apartment is its position. Just a stroll from Swanage town in one direction and the World Heritage coastal walk along the cliffs to fabulous Durlston Castle and Country Park the other way. Perched a little above Swanage, it enjoys all the convenience of the town, the fun and relaxation of the beach and seaside, with the quiet and beauty of the countryside a stone’s throw away.

From the living room, the open plan dining room and kitchen are accessed through double doors. The kitchen is sociable with a dining table seating 4 and views of the sea. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom is tastefully furnished and benefits from use of the great size family bathroom.

The property has allocated parking for one car; there is additional off-street parking nearby on a first come first served basis. A seasonal bus runs between Swanage coach park and Durlston Country Park via the heritage railway in the town and stops right outside the property.

Very spacious apartment with small covered balcony mostly in the shade. Lovely views over the bay. At the top of steep hill but it is walkable to the town. 2nd floor apartment but has lift. Enjoyed our stay in Swanage and surrounding area. A beautiful part of the UK and amazing history.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views and really quiet

A nice well equipped apartment with a lovely balcony and beautiful views of the bay. It is however at the top of a very steep hill and though not too much of a problem to us it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues and would necessitate using the car. There is a specified parking spot in the car park. Close to bus and train station.
