The house is arranged over three floors, with a ground floor open plan living and dining room leading into the kitchen at the back of the house. Upstairs are two newly fitted bathrooms, a twin bedroom and a beautiful master bedroom benefitting from stunning harbour views out of the feature bay window. There is a further bedroom on the 2nd floor, which also overlooks the harbourside and has the added benefit of zip and link beds to offer flexibility to all types of bookings. 

Living & Dining Room: Open plan living and dining room with comfortable seating, smart TV, dining table with bench and chairs. 

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with freestanding fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. 

3 Bedrooms: 1) Master bedroom, king size bed, bay window with views of Weymouth harbour 2) Twin beds 3) Twin beds that can be set as a King size (on request), sea views.
