This is the third year that we have visited this property. Its location is superb but be aware that there are a lot of steps to get up to the property. As we’d been before we were expecting to find the welcome tray with a few sachets of tea/coffee and sugars as previously. This has now been removed which I feel is a little petty. We don’t drink tea or coffee but we always have someone visit us on arrival to help us take our bags upstairs and it was nice to be able to offer them a drink. Little things but not unreasonable to expect.

Amazing apartment with views that were totally captivating. Its perfect location meant we were able to enjoy walks along the front and get back for a warm cuppa and still continue to enjoy the view of the sea. The beds were comfortable with plenty of storage in the bedroom. Bathroom was beautifully finished although the shower cubical was a little snug, but there is a beautiful bath with hand held shower head. Kitchen was lovely and main living space was made extra special with the view- sofas were a little low but perfectly comfortable for enjoying the view with a cuppa. Draw back slightly is the stair case up to the property as steps are steep but the view makes it worth every step! The parking in front of the garage is really useful but our top tip would be to reverse on to it. We had a wonderful week, and would highly recommend, especially if you’re someone who enjoys a dip in the sea! We hope to be back.

The location is spectacular, photos are quite accurate. You are well located for taking in Weymouth and for venturing further afield. Fascinating to sit and watch the sea and those who swim in it even in late October! Very spacious accommodation.

Great location, with great outlook. Flat was well equipped, comfortable and clean.

Location of property was excellent and only a short distance to the beach front and a flat walk to Weymouth town centre or opposite direction. No welcome pack, which isn't always expected but a pint of milk would have been appreciated. Shower cubicle was mouldy and very disappointing, oven was also dirty. Dining room overlooking the sea was great. Beds very comfortable.

The apartment is in an absolutely fabulous location, stunning sea views and with the beach on the doorstep it was ideal for late night and early morning swims. Great for paddle boarding too. The community sandpit and paddling pool was a great hit with the grandchildren. Really safe and always very quiet. Although we had a few niggling issues with the property I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Such a lovely property, the view is even better than it looks on the photos. The location is perfect for families with easy access to the beach, sandpit, splash pad and Lodmoor Park we couldn't have asked for more.

A great find. The apartment is beautiful. The views are amazing. It is as close to the beach as it looks. The pictures of the apartment are exactly what you get. Well equipped. We needed nothing extra. We will definitely be returning.

A lovely apartment - plenty of space (especially for 2 guests) and in a great location. Good, flat, walking to the town and also on a bus route. Definitely recommend - our second visit.
