We very much enjoyed our stay in the flat and it is extremely well placed in Swanage ideal for parking up the car , walking or using the public transport to get out and explore this wonderful part of Dorset

This property was really nice, clean and well equiped, The location is amazing, being a few minutes from the beach and the town. There are some parks and amusemets for kids really close by and a lovely cliff top walk. There seems to be a great range of bus services from the town, though some are seasonal, but you can get around to lots of local attRead moreractions if you dont drive. In the flat you can hear noise from the other residents but it was quiet at night and it wasnt intrusive to us. Hide

Unfortunately the shower unit was in an unacceptable hygienic state. A lot of glasses in the kitchen had not been washed up properly. The light bulb in the kitchen was broken. We had to buy a new toilet brush to replace a broken one.

The flat is fine but the small size of the shower room was a surprise. The location, close to the beach and town centre, is a major draw.

small apartment in a very convenient situation for both town and beach. Very good to have a parking space at the rear as parking can be nightmare in Swanage

We found number 9 to be well equipped and a comfortable place to stay for our holiday. We were very happy with everything at the flat. On arrival there was fresh milk in the fridge and a selection of tea bags, coffee and biscuits for us. Having a designated parking space was key for us as Im disabled and cant walk far. The flat is on the first flRead moreoor but I was able to manage the single flight of stairs okay. Im a member of the Countryside Mobility Scheme and was able to book ahead to use a Tramper when we visited RSPB Arne (3.50 hourly rate) and Durlston Country Park (free hire for members). It was not too far to walk from the flat to Swanage beach and a little further distance to the Railway Station. The local Co op was big enough to get everything we needed for the weekly shop and was by the station. We hope to return again next year. Hide
