Lovely cottage well maintained

Miss D,

This is a ground floor flat in a terrace which has been nicely converted and is reasonably spacious. The location is great, being within walking distance of the town and sea front with amazing views from the front. Although there are double yellow lines on the road out front there was no problem loading / unloading our - it is a very quiet road. We found parking at the top of the road so didn't have to pay for the car park opposite. I don't know whether that would be as easy at the height of the season. The property is equipped with a washer-dryer but no dishwasher. There's an outside rear yard with seating but being February we didn't use that.

Mrs P,

Love Conkers we think it's wonderful had to come back

Miss S,

Excellent location, close to the town, pier and parks. Definitely one to revisit. We love Dorset in Autumn and Winter, for such a break it is a great location with lots to do and places to dine. Don’t miss Durleston Country Park.

Dr B,

We enjoyed a sunny week in this comfortable, wonderfully located apartment, close to the downs, sea and town.

Mrs N,

We had a very enjoyable week at Conkers despite the weather being wet at the start of the holiday. The location was especially good for our dog with walks on The Downs starting from opposite the front door. The rear courtyard catches the afternoon sun and was a quiet, relaxing place for afternoon tea.

Mr W,

As a family of 4 we would stay again. Great location and nice layout of rooms. Only downside is WiFi needs to be improved.

Mr C,

This ground floor flat is ideally placed for the park and is near but not too near to pubs, cafes beaches and shops. It is dog friendly. Requires a little TLC to warrant price in my opinion.

Mr P,

Beautiful location and perfect for our 2 wk stay with our dog

Miss M,

We had a lovely stay perfect for our two dogs with park acrossth road.

Mr S,

Lovely apartment with stunning view of Swanage. Everything you need for a short break. Good for dogs.

Miss D,

Our stay at Conkers was delightful. It is a perfect location and a wonderful cottage for a week at the seaside. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all a short walk from the cottage and the seafront is easily accessible. The cottage is also close to a glorious walk along the cliffs through Durlston Park. Free parking on the street at the top of the hill was easily available at the stray of May but quite a steep walk to get to.

Ms C,

We were very happy with everything and would highly recommend the cottage. Location was excellent and the cottage was very homely and comfortable. All modern conns with everything you need. 9/10 just lost one mark for key box and door security.

Mr F,

This is lovely ground floor accommodation in a great location. Very close to the town centre but very quiet. The accommodation was very clean apart from the rug in the lounge which was covered in dog hair. The kitchen was large but had only the basics. This was fine for a weekend but we would have struggled if we'd stayed any longer. We loved the area especially studland beach.

Mrs R,

Lovely quiet apartment in great location.

Miss P,

Great location, clean, spacious.

Mr P,

We went to this property in January when it was very cold outside, the heating system could not cope with the cold weather. The location is excellent and would likely return in the summer months when it is warmer!
