Overview
Harbour Lights is a superb 4 bedroom detached converted bungalow with absolutely stunning 360 degree views of Torquay and Torbay from most rooms in the house and from the large terraces and gardens to the rear of the property, you'll find it difficult to leave the views that are available and venture out and explore all that English Riviera has to offer which is all right on the doorstep. The property is located in the very prestigious residential Livermead area of Torquay which also makes Paignton very easily and quickly accessible. The accommodation itself has been thoughtfully presented by the owners and is bright, light, modern and very spacious, the bathrooms and kitchen have also been fitted to a very high standard with everything required for modern living. There are a huge selection of beaches close by plus visitor attractions, restaurants and shops all only a few minutes by car making this an absolutely ideal base for families looking to get the most out of a visit to the area, however the undoubted and overwhelming attraction of Harbour Lights are the fantastic sea views which are available to guests and will make this a very popular destination with our customers new and old, be one of the first to indulge in this treat of holiday property and experience the wow factor!

Living Area
On the ground floor, the living area has plenty of comfortable seating for all guests, Smart TV, DVD player, and the door to the conservatory.

Conservatory
The conservatory is fully furnished with extensive panoramic views across Torbay and the harbour.

Kitchen/Dining
Kitchen and dining area is on the ground floor. There's a gas range hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large bi-fold doors opening to an upper furnished terrace, dining table and chairs and a door to the conservatory with further access to the upper terrace with fabulous views.

Bedrooms

Harbour Lights has a total of 4 bedrooms.

Ground floor:
King size room with en suite. This bedroom has a 5' king size bed with an ensuite bathroom which includes a bath, separate shower, WC, hand basin and beautiful views.
Bedroom with 2 single zip and link beds room which can be set up as a king size bed. (Please advise when booking).

First floor:
King size room. This bedroom has a 5' king size bed with an ensuite bathroom, with a bath, shower, WC and hand basin.
Single bedroom - this room also has amazing views.

Bathrooms
There is a family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath with a wall mounted shower, WC and handbasin. The first and and second bedrooms have ensuites listed above in the bedroom description.

Outside Space
Harbour Lights has a furnished upper terrace leading directly from kitchen and conservatory, stairs to large lower level terrace, small steps to garden and lawn level with additional large furnished decked area, all levels enjoying fabulous views over Torquay and the bay.

Parking
Off road private parking is available for 2 large cars or 3 small/medium cars.

Notes
A small portable barbecue is available on request fuel is not supplied. 

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

An absolutely amazing property. Comfortably housed two grandparents, an uncle, two parents and two children aged 6 and 7. The house is fantastic - spacious, well equipped, comfy and the views are just incredible!!! We were very fortunate with the weather and have holidayed in Devon for over twenty years so knew lots of places to visit. We enjoyed lazy mornings spending time together in the house and busy afternoons. None of us could fault the property. We will be returning next year and already can't wait!!

We had a fantastic stay at Harbour Lights. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable and very big. The kitchen and whole house was so well equipped like home from home, Seven of us stayed - myself and husband, daughter, two granddaughters and two grandsons and our little dog. Plenty of outside space for sitting and a safe garden too. The living space was large enough for our family from Devon to reunite after two years which was wonderful. We had our granddaughter’s wedding at Cockington Court which was nearby and in a lovely village. The views over the bay were spectacular day and night. The cleaning lady was lovely. We could not fault Harbour Lights and would love to return in the future.

Upstairs small for adults

Fantastic stay. The house was so clean and had everything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you needed and the welcome pack was just lovely. We stayed as a family of 4 inc a 6 & 3 year old plus our dog. Excellent location as so much for a young family to do all within 10 mins drive of the house. Also lots of lovely walks for the dog. The view was just spectacular and we all loved seeing the lights of Torquay in the evenings and waking up to the sunrise in the mornings. The kids also loved the ‘disco bath’ upstairs :) Can not recommend Harbour Lights enough and are hoping to rebook for next year. Thank you for sharing your house with us x

Comfortable, spacious house with fabulous coastal views. Great to be able to use the conservatory on rainy days. Quiet residential location but very close to both Paignton and Torquay. Lovely to relax on the patio with breakfast or a cup of tea and enjoy the stunning panoramic views. Welcome tea, coffee and biscuits gratefully received! Electronic Monopoly a hit on wet day too!

What a fabulous place! We really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful, spacious, well equipped, and a view that is to die for, absolutely stunning vista of Torbay. The gardens are also wonderful, and extremely dog friendly as they are completely enclosed. We did think that the garden would benefit from some more furniture (only four chairs at the table and two sunbeds), and also it would be nice to have the use of a barbecue. A couple of small changes that would make this property just about perfect. We would absolutely stay here again, and I'm sure that we will. Thank you for a great holiday!
