2 The Sail Loft is a contemporary ground floor apartment located in a converted Sail Loft in Dartmouth. This beautiful, minimalistic property is perfect for those who like to be near all of the action and within a stone's throw away from the eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and cafes Dartmouth has to offer.  Although, the apartment is close to all of the amenities it offers a sense of seclusion, it is set further back from the main road and can only be accessed on foot. 

The building was built in 1850 as a sail loft and is a charming property, the design of 2 The Sail Loft perfectly compliments the old with the new. As you enter the apartment you are greeted with an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Through the hallway you'll access the two bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Parking An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces).

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Gas central heating, included in rent. Underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.

Short Breaks: Short breaks accepted.

Fantastic location and good sized flat. Original Cottages are an excellent company to book through as so informative and gives you all the information required. Parking permit is a must

A lovely spacious apartment ideally situated for central Dartmouth.. Relaxing and comfortable lounge. It was very well-presented and clean. The Parking Permit was very welcome and car park was literally across the road.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and the flat felt very spacious We found the sofas and the bed very comfortable The cottage was in an excellent position as it was close to everything but at the same time very quiet

We loved our stay at 2 The Sail Loft. Everything we could possibly need was available which really helped with preparing food, packing picnics etc. The apartment was very clean, beds very comfy, shower fantastic and location excellent. Really easy with our 4 and 7 year olds. We will be back!

A super property close to the centre of Dartmouth and attractions. Easy with teenage children and located up an alley away from main road. Parking close by in Mayors Avenue Car Park and very close to M&S supermarket.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Dartmouth. Lovely accommodation, a real home from home. And great communication regarding how to obtain the keys and parking permit. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place. Short walking distance from everything. Could not fault anything in the apartment but would have liked somewhere outside to sit.

Location good for shops and restaurants close by. Apartment can be noisy at times depending on neighbours. Personally, although curtains are lined they do not keep the daylight/street lights out - eye mask a must for anyone light sensitive a night and morning. On a positive the full glass windows made the apartment light and airy. Apartment is lRead moreovely has has been finished to a high specification. However, I am fussy about cleaning and found that wine glasses required washing and the fridge freezer still had previous occupants food crumbs in. Overall cleaning good.
