Seaford Sands has two double bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a comfortable living area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a balcony, perfect for enjoying al-fresco dining whilst taking in the stunning sea views.

Situated in the wonderful town of Paignton, this charming holiday apartment boasts a sea view and a fantastic location. The property is only a five-minute walk to the beach and has easy access to South-West coastal path. It is a ten minute walk from Paignton's cafes, shops, cinema and restaurants. Visit Paignton pier for family fun. 

Paignton Harbour, boasting cafes, restaurants and regular boat trips to nearby Brixham and Torquay. You can also catch the Dartmouth Steam railway close by, to arrive at Dartmouth in style! Paignton Zoo is also nearby and a great place for all the family.

In the months of May through to October why not attend one of the many annual events and festivals in the area, Torbay Air Show, Paignton Festival, The Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Devon County Show, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth food festival.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in holiday cost. 

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).

We had a fabulous time staying at Seaford Sands. Location is perfect and the property itself is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Wed highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

The flat was lovely and we were very happy there. The equipment and cleanliness was very good. We would have liked something more central to Paignton but we know the area well and found short cuts. We were very disappointed by the lift at the property after getting stuck in it. The repair people disturbed us early Monday morning to ask about gettinRead moreg stuck. They left saying there was nothing wrong with the lift even though other people in the building said they have got stuck in the lift before. Us getting stuck caused a lot of upset as my daughter had a panic attack inside the lift and took a long time for her to calm down and feel well after the experience. After dealing with the situation on the, Friday I did not appreciate dealing with grumpy maintenence men on the Monday morning who said there was nothing wrong with the lift. Hide
