The home features a spacious design highlighted with the living space on offer, the lounge provides plenty of comfortable seating for all, from which to relax in front of the electric wood burning stove and Smart TV after a day of adventures across Devon and Cornwall. Further on into the home will bring you to the formal dining room with additional sofa seating and the added benefit of a log burner, allowing you to enjoy the crackle and pop of wood whilst tucking into those feel-good family foods. The dining table also doubles up as a pool table by removing the top to feed that competitive edge with friends and family. The kitchen within the home continues the spacious trend and provides all the appliances needed for a stress-free stay, whilst there is also seating at the breakfast bar, ideal for relaxing with a morning cuppa and planning the day’s events ahead. Completing the downstairs is a family shower room, ideally situated by the entrance to the home to wash off those sandy toes after a day at the beach. Making your way upstairs guests are spoilt for choice across four bedrooms, all of which providing the added luxury of accompanying en suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms possess a king-size bed whilst the final bedroom handily offers something different with twin single beds. Two bedrooms also provide additional single beds, made up upon request.

Plenty of private off-road parking is provided.

Reviews

The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped & spacious. We were 8 adults so each had our own bedroom & bathroom. We enjoyed all the sporting equipment in the games room & the men thoroughly enjoyed the snooker in the dining room.

Mrs W,

Loved the games barn, had great fun. Enjoyed eating meals around the big table. The owner kindly supplied extra towels for the hot tub. We found the location to be peaceful and quiet even though on a farm. A good base to get to the coast, thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay.

Mr T,

Wonderful Christmas stay. We loved everything about Beech House. Lovely kitchen and reception rooms. The whole family really enjoyed playing snooker and pool in the dining room. Lots of space throughout the house for the whole family for a week. Bedrooms and ensuites were beautifully presented. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. Thank you very much to the owners for all your attention to detail and for making it such a lovely holiday stay.

Mrs S,

Had a brilliant stay. The farmhouse was absolutely beautiful. Stunning kitchen with everything you could ask for, lovely comfortable beds, the games on offer were superb and a lovely big hot tub to use. Great location and feels nice and secluded. Being able to feed the sheep everyday was a lovely added bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Mrs C,

Lovey spacious home with everything you need to enjoy your break, bedrooms fantastic size and great to have a large dining room .we all had a wonderful time.

Mrs H,

This farmhouse is gorgeous! made us feel very welcome. All the bedrooms have generous ensuites. The house has been tastefully decorated. The kitchen is a delight. We loved all the options for lights within the property which set the scene for cosy evenings or brighter for games nights. There is plenty to do for all ages, as there is outdoor equipment and a games barn. The hot tub was a welcome relaxation after a long day sightseeing. The outside table and chairs were a sun trap for evening drinks before dinner. Pinky and Perky (sheep, not pigs), enjoyed being fed by us, and the beautiful sheep dog became our best friend! The farmhouse is situated near the Cornwall border, so trips to Bude and St Ives were a must, as well as the north Devon towns/villages eg Barnstaple and Clovelly to name just two. We can't wait to book a return visit!

Mrs B,

The property was very comfortable, with plenty of room for the grandchildren to play/run about - they particularly enjoyed the play area in the garden, the playhouse and the barn! The hot tub was also much appreciated - and the weather was good enough to use it! Beech House is in a quiet and peaceful area, but in easy reach of many areas of Devon that we wanted to visit. We enjoyed our week there together - young and old!

Mr N,

Amazing stay at Beach house. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Perfect weekend!
