Description

This property is one of four on a coastal farm. It makes the ideal base for couples, friends or families. Enjoy magnificent sea views, clifftop walks, cycling, or trips to the beach. These barns are just 3 miles from the popular seaside resort of Westward Ho!. The area boasts a variety of walks both coastal and rural. Stroll the South West Coast Path or cycle the Tarka Trail. There is plenty for families to do with the Big Sheep just 1 mile away and The Milky Way 7 miles distant. Head to the intriguing village of Clovelly (10 miles) or the beautiful gardens of RHS Rosemoor in Great Torrington (11 miles). You’re also only 6 miles from Instow with its dog-friendly beach, shops, bars, restaurants, and yacht club.

The main living area of this lovely barn is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Thoughtfully designed, the lounge area features a Smart TV, cosy seating and a welcoming dining space that seats four. The kitchen is a treat for the chefs of the group. Both of the welcoming bedrooms have super-king-size zip-and-link beds that can be made up as twin beds on request. They each have a stylish en-suite shower room.

Outside, the property benefits from a fully enclosed garden with panoramic sea views, a patio with garden furniture, an ideal space for your four-legged friend to enjoy, and with the added benefit of a charcoal BBQ.

Simply perfect! We had a lovely stay over the Easter weekend, bringing our dog with us for his first holiday! The accommodation was excellent, the view incredible and one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in! Having recently got a new electric car the charging point on site was brilliant for charging overnight before heading out the next day. Can’t wait to come back again!

We had a lovely week in Three Corners Barn over New Year. The property is quiet, stylish, warm and has fantastic eco credentials. A couple of questions we had about the underfloor heating were quickly resolved. We loved having the secure garden for the dog.

Beautiful cottage inside and out

The pictures on site do not do this barn conversion justice. Often, after a week away from home comforts, we're ready to leave a self-catering holiday behind, but here we didn't want to leave! From the car park, with lit-up pathways that lead to the cottages, to the wild flowers and incredible views out to the ocean and fields behind - just approaching the property is calm and beautiful. Inside has the wow factor - tasteful interior, comfortable beds and lounge area and all mod cons. We couldn't have asked for more. The treats on arrival, as well as the thoughtful catering for all dog comforts was also really kind and added another touch of luxury. So too were the games and jigsaws provided for entertainment. We loved the location- a 5 minute walk onto the coastal walk and a 3 minute drive to the nearest pub. We will return to stay in one of the other properties on site to experience a different view next time. Thank you so much.

What an amazing stay! We took our German shepherd (who can usually be nervous in new places) and he settled in much quicker then in previous places. Nice sized, secure garden that had a patio area and grass area too. The security of the garden was a massive deal to us as we wanted to allow our dog to independently access the garden which we felt confident in doing. The views were stunning! Beds were extremely comfy. The showers were fab. Lovely little welcome touches such as milk, dog towels and snacks! Was a true home from home (but better.) The lights around the venue added a lovely touch, as did the trolley. Any time we needed to communicate with the hosts, they replied straight away. Kitchen is super and has a range of space for whatever foods guests are taking. I would love to come back again with our dog :)

We had the most wonderful stay at Three Corners Barn. It is such a lovely property to stay in. We had a week there and didn’t want to leave. The interiors are great and spacious, and it has comfortable sofas and beds - hard to come by in holiday lets! You can sit on one of the sofas and see the ocean which is such a treat. The en suite shower rooms are roomy with great big showers. We met the owner who was super friendly. Overall, we would highly recommend and would definitely book to go back again.

A lovely spacious and modern two bedroom property. It was lovely to have large doors opening onto the patio although regretfully the weather wasn't good enough whilst we were there to be able to do this. Great to be able to see the sea and the horizon! Not far to walk to the sea, which was also very special. The bedrooms were roomy, the beds very comfortable, lots of hot water and excellent showers. We enjoyed being able to access Netflix and Amazon Prime so could catch up on some good stuff. We had a very enjoyable stay.

A brand new property for the 2024 season, this was an outstanding and.very comfortable cottage indeed. Part of a small development/conversion, it is ideal for visiting with dogs who are made to feel very welcome indeed. It is near a a safe path with instant access to s a dog-friendly section of the coastal path with wonderful views across to Lundy and in a deeply rural setting. Highly recommended.
