Description
A modern property set in Sidford, a village suburb of Sidmouth with small local shops and amenities just around the corner. There are a couple of pubs serving food, a superb fish and chip shop, convenience store'open til late, Post Office and other local shops. It enjoys a sunny aspect with views over the Sid valley and hillsides. There is a frequent bus service to Sidmouth with it's two beaches and the cathederal city of Exeter is within each reach. Location: In a quiet cul-de-sac of residential properties just off the centre of Sidford, 1.1/2 miles from Sidmouth and the beach.
Accommodation: Entrance hall to lounge/diner with Georgian bow window. Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave oven. Stairs to first floor. Bedroom 1 with double bed and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
Bedroom 3 has children's bunks. The bathroom has bath with overbath electric shower, basin and WC.
Outside: Small lawned frontage, garage and on drive parking. Rear lawned garden with paved terrace.
