Reviews

Wr loved staying here so comfortable & welcoming would definitely stay again

Mr A,

Great location and ideal for a family of four.

Mr B,

Very friendly nice and clean place to stay!

Mr V,

My friend and I enjoyed a fabulous week (June 2024) staying at this delightful accommodation. Although a steep walk down to beach/town, it was quick and pleasant, whether using the main road or coastal footpath. The weather was great for most of the week with an extremely calm sea and made daily use of the beach pathway - perfect for keeping our step-count up and stopping at some great coffee shops/cafes along the way. The high ceilings in the accommodation gave a nice airy feel with a great view of the sea from both from inside and outside. We made full use of the outside area available as this caught the sun right up until sundown enabling us to have our evening meals in the garden. There was everything we needed within the accommodation including easy/clear recycling for household daily rubbish. We will be re-booking at some time in the future.

Ms M,

We really enjoyed our first visit to this area of Devon - Seaview Garden was a perfect base, very well equipped and comfortable. It was lovely to sit in the conservatory with views over the sea after our walks on the Coast Path.

Mrs P,

A lovely airy apartment with a good view down to the sea. Very well equipped with comfortable beds. The garden is a lovely feature with the little conservatory being a great bonus for cooler days.

Mrs R,

The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge has large windows which bring in a lot of natural light. The views of the sea from the dining room, conservatory and garden are lovely

Mrs G,

As a base for a long weekend in Seaton, this was very good. Within walking distance of town centre (noting hills) and was comfortable and well presented. The conservatory is a lovely place to sit reading and listening to the birds in the garden.

Miss Y,

The apartment was satisfactory, clean and comfortable. So many beds in rental properties have hard beds, this one was as Goldilocks said, just right! The little window seats and conservatory were nice with a sea view as indicated. Unfortunately our April weather meant we could never sit outside though I'm sure it's nice in summer. The location was walking distance to town centre for reasonably mobile people but a long way back from far end of beach...and uphill. The space to park the car was just about big enough. The car from next flat parking space never moved so manoeuvring in the dark was a squeeze. All in all though, a pleasant place to stay

Mrs M,

We've been staying at Seaview every spring for many, many years. It suits our needs very well, great location, wonderful view of the sea whilst having breakfast at the table in the bay window. It is comfortable, and homely. Just a little reluctant to let too many people know how nice it is!

Mr K,

Great little place. Wonderful views out to sea. Would recommend this location, easy walk in to the town. This is a great little place.
