Colyford

Colyford, a picturesque East Devon village between the coastal resorts of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth.

The village boasts an excellent General Stores/Post Office/local butchers, two inns, restaurant and local Nature Reserve.  Colyford has one of the oldest natural woods, Holyford Woods in the country.  Excellent riverside walks to Colyton along the River Coly.

Annually in September the village holds the popular Michaelmas Goose Fayre.

Colyton

This small medieval town is about ten minutes inland from the coast and just a short drive from the rural villages of Musbury and Whitford in East Devon. There is a good selection of local shops, a handful of pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, plus an antiques centre, art gallery and very interesting garden shop.

Colyton is a resort for couples, families or indeed anyone seeking a convenient holiday destination at any time of the year.
