The Belvedere offers the most comfortable accommodation you could wish for, the bathrooms have been refurbished to a high standard without taking away any of its original features.  Consistently the most popular two bedroom property in our portfolio, You could spend your entire holiday watching the world from the spectacular bay window.

Location:  Situated in one of Beer's best locations, only 200 metres from the beach in the very heart of the village, above the prestigious Marine House at Beer art gallery. Wonderful sea and village views with galleries, shops, pubs and restaurants right on the doorstep. 


Accommodation:  Internal stairs to the property, with pretty stained glass windows at one end with seating for those who wish to be alone and read or just relax on your own.  Large lounge with quality furnishings, Victorian fireplace for 'real fires', mullion bay windows, large Smart TV. Two sofas in rich blue velour, matching dark wood furniture, two chairs and nest of tables in the bay window area which overlooks the street and down to the sea. The kitchen interconnects with the dining room and has sea views, it is fully equipped with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed with co-ordinated decor Flat screen TV and ensuite shower room, WC and basin.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and TV it is adjacent to the main bathroom with suite of bath, over bath shower, WC, bidet, and wash basin..

Outside:  Tranquil gardens with panoramic views shared with 3 apartments.  Garaging for one car, a rare feature in central Beer. (height restriction of 6'1")

EV Charger:  Electric vehicle charge port (please supply your own cable).  There is a £45 weekly charge to use the EV charger

Facilities:  Bed linen and towels included.  Gas and electricity included. WiFi enabled, please bring your own laptop

Restrictions:  Pet welcome.  Regret No Smoking.

For families: Cot , stairgate and high chair available to hire on request.

We would happily return. Location is great, as is Beer itself. The apartment is light and airy with a good view of the comings and goings on the main road to the beach which is two minutes away. This place is wonderful! We had such a great time. It's peaceful but right in the heart of the lovely village and so many walks and lovely things to do within reach. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent apartment for a Christmas break in Beer. Highly recommended. Bay window over looks the main street and had a view down to the harbour, a lovely size lounge, open fire, toasty heating, two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms Decorated for Christmas, which was a lovely touch Good selection of crockery and cutlery. The Belvedere is really well located, very close to the beach in Beer. You can sit in the huge bay window looking out at the sea, and watch the comings and goings along the main street. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed, with a comfortable King sized bed and comfortable sofas. There is access to the garden which slopes up steeply beRead morehind the property but offers great views over Beer and plenty of seating. There is a flight of internal stairs up to first floor apartment from a very small vestibule. There is a parking space, but it is down a narrow alley and requires skillful manoeuvring. After needing assistance to park at the property, we moved the car to the main car park which always has plenty of spaces out of season. It costs 25 for the week and the ticket covers all East Devon Council car parks (Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth, Seaton) making it good value. Hide

The features in the property are beautiful and the location is perfect. Also I think the add needs to say that parking is limited, we couldn't park our camper van due to hight restrictions, i think some 4x4 would struggle too.

Beautiful flat in the best location, the restaurants, pubs and beach were all within a 3 min walk. Covered parking space a real bonus and a really sunny flat with a lovely window seat with views of the beach.

This accommodation we chose was top class and in a good position in the village. We did not need to use the car for day to day beach activities and there was on site parking.
